Refund Policy

Any attempt to charge back or dispute a payment may result in a permanent and irreversible ban from our server and service, as well as other Minecraft stores operated through Tebex.

Please allow between 1–10 minutes for your purchase to appear in-game. In most cases, purchases are delivered instantly. If you have not received your items after 30 minutes, please contact our support team and provide proof of purchase (such as your Tebex confirmation email) so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
